World Peace Through Beer
International beer tasting run
Suggestions and beer reviews

Have you tried a beer on your run that is great? Have you had one or two that suck? That's what it is all about.
Music City WPTB-ers this year almost unanimously named Zywiec, from Poland, as the top beer this year. It also was the first beer stop, so perhaps the fresh, clean palate had something to do with the reaction. Second stop was Japan, with Kirin Nodogoshi Nama, a hardcore brand not distributed in the U.S. After a viscious hill climb, we enjoyed two kickin' Russian beers, Zhigulevskoye and another that I still am trying to find an English translation for the name. Next it was Famosa of Guatemala down in the barrio. We went to Global Motorsports for Lasko Club, a great Slovenian beer, and then Kingfisher of India near the world food market and before the Indian grocery store. Estrella Galicia of Spain came next (nice), and then on-in for Peroni and Moretti at the Italian Market. A great day of beer drinking topped off by down downs of Dirt Cheap (St. Louis).
